The GHMVRAI was incorporated on the 9th of December 1994 to manage the assets of the Marine Village by a Committee comprised of Members elected at each AGM. Under the terms of the Constitution, the Committee is charged with the responsibility of managing the assets, income and expenditure of the Association and then reporting the results to the Membership.
All owners of property within the prescribed confines of the Village must be a Member of the Association; of which there are three types:
Financial Year
The financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December - every effort is made to complete the Annual Accounts, have them audited and available for presentation at the AGM which is usually held before the end of March to allow our members who visit from the northern hemisphere to attend.
