Contractor Health and Safety Agreement
Under the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and its Regulations, the GHMVRA marina facility is deemed to be a 'place of work' and as such all contractors, their employees, their sub contractors and their employees, must take all practicable steps to ensure that their actions or lack of action does not cause harm to anyone.

The  process to obtain Contractor Registration is as follows:

  1) Complete the online registration form below

  2) Send in your Public Liability insurance and Ship Repairers Insurance

  3) Download the H&S policy
